One of the main things when it comes to taking your delivery is making sure that you have checked your parcel for damage when signing. You should do this when ever you are signing for goods. If there is damage to the parcel then you should note this where you sign for the goods or reject the goods altogether.
If the driver does not allow you time to inspect the goods then you should write "not checked" in the signature box as well as signing for the delivery, this will allow us to claim if the goods are damaged.
We offer a number of delivery options to suit your needs, all our deliveries are made between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday or 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. If these times are not convenient then please feel free to call us and we will try to make special arrangements for you.
Our cut off time for next
day delivery is currently 12pm, if we are not able to ship your order on
the service you have selected we shall contact you via email to inform
you. Please note that some of our products carry a flat rate shipping
cost of £10.00 excluding them from other delivery options.
